Discounts
The Spirit Shop offers a 10% discount to all current students, faculty, and staff. To receive the discount, please ask for it at checkout and present a valid ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ ID.
Note: The 10% discount applies only to apparel and does not apply to miscellaneous items or gift cards.
Refunds & Exchanges
All Spirit Shop sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, exchanges may be permitted for a different size or item of equal value, provided the replacement item is available.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available in denominations of $20 and $25 with at least 48 hours’ advance notice. To purchase, please contact Assistant Director Trease Sockol at tksockol@neiu.edu

Tuesday: 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 pm
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: Closed
