Tamara has served as the Assistant Director of Career Development at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ since April 2024. Before joining ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ, Tamara worked as a teacher in Chicago Public Schools and in an unaccompanied children’s program, where she taught English to Speakers of Other Languages, and then transitioned to case management. Her journey continued in nonprofit operations, where she served on the senior leadership team and managed a diverse range of responsibilities, from HR to IT to staff management. Tamara excels in team building, strategic implementation, curriculum development, and building collaborative partnerships.
